Brett Batterman
Director of Administrative Operations
Mr. Batterman has been serving as NET's Director of Administrative Operations since July of 2026. In this position, Brett oversees the administrative and operational functions that support NET's delivery teams and customers nationwide, along with the day-to-day operations of NET's physical campus in Middleton, Wisconsin. Brett is responsible for ensuring the processes, sourcing, facilities, and internal coordination behind every project run as efficiently and reliably as the work in the field.
Brett joined NET in 2001. Over the past 25 years at NET, he has held a number of operational positions, including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Sourcing and Account Manager, and Field Operations Manager. This hands-on path from the field through project delivery and account management gives him a rare end-to-end understanding of how NET's work gets done.
Mr. Batterman has been instrumental in strengthening the operational backbone that allows NET to deliver consistent, high-quality infrastructure services to its customers. He also holds a BICSI certification as a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), earned in 2018.
