Chris Ireland

Director of Operations

Mr. Ireland has been serving as NET’s Director of Operations since January of 2013. In this position, Chris manages all aspects of the company's operations. Chris is responsible for driving NET’s vision of being the country’s leader in technology services and solutions by providing customers with world-class infrastructure service and support. 

Chris possesses 13+ years of technology services management, and has held a number of operational positions at NET over the past 18 years. Several of these include Technical Services, Technical Support Analyst, Project Manager, Department Manager and Solutions Delivery Director. In his current position, he has taken responsibility for the continuous improvement of operational and customer service performance across each business unit.

Mr. Ireland has been instrumental in leading the development of operational strategies designed to build efficiencies while maintaining the highest level of customer communication and service. He also holds a BICSI certification as a Registered Communications Distribution Designer.
